"Bhikkhus, followed by those three things, one is headed and designated for hell.[1] Which three? One self takes life,[2] instigates others to take life, and approves taking of life. These, Bhikkhus, are the three things, of which one is headed and designated for hell."

"Bhikkhus, followed by those three things, one is headed and designated for heaven.[3] Which three? One self abstains from takes life, instigates others to abstain from taking life, and approves abstaining from the taking of life."

kāmesumicchācārī, wrong going in (fleshly) lust, kāmesu - sense lust, micchā - wrong, cāra - doing, conduct. As a precept it includes sexual misconduct that endangers social instability and the rights of others. Anguttara Nikaya counts five kinds of persons, which would count for a sexual misconduct: those who are under the protection of their parents (like not released, or if underage), those under the protection of the Dhamma (like monks, nuns, people who keep precepts), those who are married (or being in a regular relationship), those undergoing a punishment (like peope carry out a dept or have no possibility to elude), those who are promised to someone (like betrothed).

musāvāda, musā - false, untrue, vāda - speaking, expressing.

pisuṇavāca, pisuṇa - slander, malicious, vāca speaking. Speech which is objected to gain something.

pharusavāco, pharusa - harsh, unfriendly, raw, vāca speaking. Speech which is carried by aversion and hurtfulness.

samphappalāpa idle talk, tattle; sampha - frivolous, foolish; palāpa - void, useless.
10.
abhijjhālū - anabhijjhā not covetous.
11.
byāpannacitta - malicious, ill-will, aversive.
12.
micchādiṭṭhiko - sammādiṭṭhiko
